2023 East African Classic Safari Rally - Day 06

Above Photo: Despite several mechanical issues, Car No. 29 Driven by Glen Edmunds and navigated by Lloyd Destro are relentlessly charging forward on the adrenaline-fueled Day 06 of the East African Safari Classic Rally 2023!

Yesterday, Day 05, was a well deserved rest day for the drivers and their teams.

Friday, the 15th December, they start fresh from Nairobi as follows:

Competitive: 179.86 km
Liaison: 116.31 km
Day Total: 296.17 km

CS13 – HUNTERS LOOK OUT TO PARANE – 71KM
A combination of very rocky roads that continue over many lugga crossings and wash aways. Then twisty road goes over brows and is rough with many concrete drifts towards the finish.

C14 – BULLS EYE TO BISIL – 32.51KM
It’s a short stage, which starts very fast with many jumps over good twisty roads. At one point it has a big deep river crossing with a steep exit.

CS15 – IL BISIL TI NESGEBABU GATE – 76.45 KM

Big open Road, over brows and many wash ways. It is very fast, probably the smoothest part of the entire rally. With rains, there will be some stretches of mud and deep ruts.
