Payment Terms, Cancellation & Refund Policy |
Payment TermsWe are in the business of education and adding value to people’s lives. We do not operate on credit terms of any kind. We require full payment prior to the training date. To obtain the 25% discount or any other discounted offers, payment must be received 7 days prior to the course date, after that time we will re-invoice at the full rate, which is payable at the latest 48 working hours before the course date.
If multiple training dates are requested, 100% payment of the full contract is needed 10 days prior to the first training date to confirm the dates, otherwise GEPDS has the right to allocate the dates to other companies.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Course dates can be rebooked without a penalty charge when cancellation is made in writing, at least 14 working days prior to the training or event day.
- All cancellations made less than 7 working days forfeit complete cost of the course
- No refunds will be given for non-attendance without prior cancellation.
- No rebooking will be accepted for non-attendance without prior cancellation.
